We are pleased to announce that we have become a Family Health Organization (FHO) and have joined forces with the Watson Medical Clinic (located just west of us at 561 Eglinton Ave. West) to form a larger FHO. The FHO is one of the newer models of care designed to improve your accessibility to your primary care provider for urgent concerns and avoid unnecessary use of walk-in clinics or the Emergency Department. Because your health record is with us, this ensures better care.
As a result, we are making some important changes:
First, for urgent concerns, we will be leaving same day time slots open. We recommend that you call or email us earlier in the day to access one of these time slots. Every effort will be made to have you scheduled for either that day or the next day.
Second, we will be extending our hours of availability. We will be sharing these after hour times with the Watson Medical Clinic. You will be able to access one of the doctors in person and/or virtually. The extended hours are:
Monday—Thursday: 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Saturday OR Sunday: 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Again, these time slots are for urgent concerns only. You can book these after-hours visits in one of the following ways:

Before booking in the after-hours clinic, please always try to book with your doctor first.
Important Notes:
- All medical visits are by appointment only, no walk-ins will be accepted.
- As indicated above, the after-hours appointments will be shared with Watson Medical Clinic. When you book your appointment, you will be informed which clinic will be handling this appointment, whether it will be an in-person or virtual visit and whether it will be on a Saturday or Sunday of the weekend.
- In order to increase accessibility for more urgent concerns, non-urgent/elective visits (such as physicals) may take longer to book. Of course, we will continue to make timely visits for appointments such as well-baby visits, obstetrical visits, etc.
